Chief Executive Sass Jahani is a serial entrepreneur and a qualified broadcast engineer. He holds a degree in Electronics Engineering (BEng) and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Imperial College, London. He is a long standing member of the Institute of Directors (IoD) and also the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET).
Head of Marketing Ted is a seasoned marcomms professional with many years experience at board level in both owner managed SME businesses and fully listed public companies. He has been supporting ABS marketing initiatives since the inception of the business 20 years ago. Reporting directly to the Managing Director he identifies and analyses new business opportunities and coordinates the company’s strategy to exploit them.
Finance Director Tugay, a professionally trained accountant, sits on the Board of Directors at ABS. He was one of the Promoters of the Company and has been part of the ABS Group for 20 years. He has overall responsibility for control of the Finances and Assets of the entire Organisation, ranging from Accounts and Taxation to Total Financial Planning. His experience in Business Management, Company Finance and Planning is second to none.
Operations Manager Rob joined ABS in 2001 bringing with him many years of experience of US Corporate Management, Private Business Ownership and Management Consultancy. He has executive responsibility for allocation of resources and the overall operations at ABS. These include Staffing & Recruitment, HR Administration, Procurement, General Administration and Site Management. Rob is ‘on call’ 24hrs/day.
Senior Broadcast Engineer After graduating from university with a BEng (Hons) in Video and Audio Engineering Daniel moved to London and began working at ABS in 2002. As part of ABS's rigorous training scheme he worked in several operational roles before becoming Senior Broadcast Engineer in 2005. Daniel is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the ABS operation on both a day to day basis and during project delivery.
Transmission Manager Bilal is an experienced broadcast operations and business manager. He holds a degree in Commerce (B.Com) and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). In addition to overseeing all broadcast operations at ABS he has company-wide responsibility for Staff Training and leads our programmes for maintaining service standards, incident investigation and reporting.
Senior Project Engineer Mukund is a highly qualified and experienced broadcast engineer. He holds a degree in Information Technology and Multimedia (BSc). He has a successful background in broadcast facility design, installation and management and has overall responsibility for all technical operations at ABS. He has personally led the design and commissioning processes for ABS's new MAM centre.
