This role would suit a candidate with an interest in the commercial development of the firm, customer relationship management and effective communication. The candidate would ideally have 2-3 years’ experience managing accounts with broadcasters in the television industry and be able to recognise opportunities to grow revenue from existing customers. The key accounts include major African, UK and South Asian multi-channel networks. There will be a degree of pitching for new business and preparing quotations as required. This role may require international travel.
With previous experience in an account management role, the candidate will have proven success in selling and managing medium to long term broadcast services to international television channels.
We require excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, and experience of working in a collaborative environment that includes product design, development and project management.
Lastly, the candidate will be customer-focused, and be a self-motivated, detail-oriented and analytical individual who can also thrive in a team environment to reach commercial targets.
A good understanding of the broadcast environment is crucial for this role.
